The best Nutella-filled pancakes

You probably came here after watching our Tiktok, omg hello! You can find the recipe and tips in cups and grams for making Nutella Pancake. You can make these pancakes even if your baking skills need to be better.

This recipe is very flexible and can be altered to suit your tastes. You don’t need to use Nutella if you dislike it. You could also make this a classic stack of pancakes. This recipe will give you three huge Nutella-filled pancakes. If you make the pancakes smaller, you’ll get more. You could make one big one.

How to make a blog like this

We made this site with WordPress.org and got our domain from it. We are not experienced in website design, so we used a theme and activated it as they said with 17th Avenue (we’re using the Mia Template). They can install it for us, or you can do this yourself.

Ingredients

You can make some changes to this recipe.

1)Eggs: you can use one whole ripe banana instead of two eggs. Never blend the mixture when using it. Just mash with a fork.

2)Sugar: The use of Sugar in recipes is personal. If you want to make the pancakes saltier, you can reduce the amount of Sugar or use another sweetener.

3)milk: we use whole-fat cow milk in this recipe. You can also substitute vegan drinks.

4 )oil: Extra Virgin Olive Oil for this one, because we are healthy (jk lol). You can use butter or any seed oil that you prefer.

You could also use baking soda.

How To Stuff It

It doesn’t freeze completely, but it will be easier to use and less messy.

If you have no time, put Nutella on top with a spoon.

Nutella pancakes

It’s so simple to make pancakes, but I have learned a few tricks by making many mistakes.

It’s best not to use too much fat when cooking them. Use only a few drops of oil or butter equivalent. Spread it evenly using a paper towel. You can use more, but they’ll be patchy. They will be fried.

If you want to make sure the pancakes are smooth, it is best to warm the pan up for a few minutes on the stove.

Use a non-stick pan to do this. This is an example that I have. It’s different from the one we use because it’s so old.

Freeze

The pancake batter can be frozen, and it can also be frozen after cooking. You can freeze the batter in silicone ice cube trays to make it easy to remove or in Tupperware to unfreeze a few hours before cooking. Do not microwave to unfreeze; it will cook it and result in scrambled eggs.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Two eggs
  • 110 grams of granulated Sugar (0.55 cup)
  • 250 ml of whole-fat cow’s milk (8.45 fl.)
  • Extra virgin olive oil in 3 tablespoons
  • 300 grams of all-purpose flour (2.4 cups)
  • Two teaspoons of baking powder
  • 100 grams Nutella (3.53 oz)

INSTRUCTIONS:

You can watch the video below.

The first step, eggs

Here’s how to make Nutella Pancakes. Crack two eggs. It is best to do this in a small glass so that you can inspect them. Sometimes the eggs are rotten, and you don’t want it when you put them into your batter. Whip the eggs.

Second Step, Sugar

This is important. If you don’t whisk your eggs and pour the Sugar at the exact moment, the Sugar will contact the yolk of the egg and cook it. You would then have tons and tons of lumps.

liquids, third step HTML0

Add milk and oil to the mix

Fourth Step, Sift Flour

Add the baking powder and flour to the batter

Mix mix fifth step

Mix everything using a whisk. You can blend the batter if you notice any lumps of flour.

Sixth Step, Cooking

You can cook your pancakes on low heat (we use a butane stove which is different from electric or induction stoves).

Seventh Step, Pancake Making

Add more batter to the top, but only in the area where Nutella has been placed. Cover it with a lid, and check it regularly. When it begins to bubble and cook, but still not entirely, you know it is time to turn it. It will be very dry if you flip the food after it has already been cooked.

Eight steps, yep, more Nutella pancake

The first pancake you flip is usually the ugly one (the first one that is in the pan), but as you make more, they will look prettier. Don’t use oil to make each pancake; instead, spread the fat on a paper towel.
